Physical and mental wellbeing is crucial to our enjoyment of life. Statistics show that 1 in 3 of us will be affected by mental health issues during our life time. Support with how to manage the difficulties caused by mental health issues in work, education or general life can help to relieve some of the additional stresses these can cause. Sessions with out specialist team could help you deal with the problems you may be facing and be able to re-establish control. Sessions could involve developing planning, prioritising and organisational skills in order to manage and reduce anxiety.
